Industrial data integrity is paramount. We employ AES-256 bit encryption for all telemetry pipelines. Our hardware utilizes isolated, outbound-only server handshakes to ensure your plant’s primary SCADA/PLC networks remain secure and isolated from external web threats.
We retain your historical telemetry data on secure cloud servers for the duration required to fulfill your active Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or as dictated by statutory environmental audit timelines (typically up to 5 years). Upon contract termination, data is securely archived or purged according to legal requirements.
